Senior Real Estate Legal Leader: Retail Leasing

EDENS Inc. is seeking a senior-level in-house attorney to serve as the primary regional legal partner for portfolios in the Dallas/Fort Lauderdale area. You will lead complex retail leasing, negotiate multi-party real estate transactions, and provide strategic legal guidance to Investment Management, Development, Leasing, and Finance teams. The role requires a JD, active bar admission, and 8–10+ years of progressive experience in retail leasing and corporate real estate.
