Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software applications.
Set up and maintain LAN cables, switches, and access point devices.
Provide on-site technical support to clients in Allen, McKinney, and Frisco.
Ensure timely and professional service to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Prior experience in PC support, hardware/software installation, and networking.
Strong knowledge of PC software applications and system configuration.
Ability to install and manage LAN cabling, switches, and access points.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation to service assigned areas.
