Job Description:
Buckle up — here's the no-holds-barred, throttle-wide-open version of your job posting. It’s raw, confident, and unapologetically bold — crafted to attract only the most serious, passionate, and capable individuals. This will repel the posers and speak directly to the real riders who live and breathe Ducati and BMW.Motorcycle Sales Representative – Ducati & BMW
Location: BMW Motorrad Cape Fear / Ducati Cape Fear
Employment Type:
Full-TimeThis Isn’t for Everyone. If you’re just “into bikes,” swipe left. If you freeze up around high-horsepower machines and real customers with money to spend—don’t waste your time. This job is for people who can hold a clutch, close a deal, and absolutely command a showroom. We sell Ducati and BMW motorcycles. That means we deal in precision, performance, and legacy. We don’t babysit browsers. We build dreams for people who understand what it means to be alive at redline. If you’ve never had your knees scrape pavement or your heart race from the sound of a L-twin firing up, go sell furniture.
Your Role:
Dominate the floor — no hiding in the corner. You’re the reason people ride out of here with something loud, fast, and unforgettable.
Know your stuff — if you can’t talk confidently about Desmodromic valves or boxer engines, you’re in the wrong business.
Test rides, deals, follow-ups, closes — you own the sales process end-to-end.
Chase knowledge — if a customer knows more than you, that’s embarrassing.
Keep the bull low, and the standards high — professionalism doesn’t mean soft. It means sharp.
Crush your numbers — this is a performance-driven role. Want a participation trophy? Try retail.
What We ExpectYou ride. Not “used to.” Not “thinking about getting licensed.” You ride.
You’ve got real sales experience. Not order-taking. Not customer service. Sales.
You know the brands. Ducati and BMW aren’t just logos to you—they’re philosophies.
You can talk to anyone—executives, adrenaline junkies, first-time buyers—and they listen.
You’re a wolf in a room full of sheep. Hungry. Sharp. Unshakably driven.
CRM, email, phone follow-ups? No problem—you get it done because you hate losing.
