White Rabbit Security Supervisor White Rabbit features an approachable offering of beer, wine, spirits, table service, and premium champagnes, along with small plates and snacks in the early evening hours, then transforms into an entertainment space in the later hours and weekends. Originally named "The Matrix" by Jefferson Airplane in 1965, White Rabbit has a storied history as a pivotal venue in the formative years of the San Francisco rock music scene. Along with showcasing countless rock bands, the venue hosted renowned artists, such as The Grateful Dead, The Doors, Santana, Bob Marley, and more. In 2000, PlumpJack Group assumed operations of the business, and in 2018, the establishment was reimagined as White Rabbit - a neighborhood cocktail bar that seamlessly transforms into a popular DJ music venue on the weekends, all while retaining a welcoming living room atmosphere.
