About Haven Energy

- Genuine data fluency — you pull your own reports, build your own views, and never wait on someone else to answer a question the data can
- Builder’s mindset: you’ve created processes and playbooks from scratch, not just inherited them
- Demonstrated expertise across the full sales org — inside sales, outside sales, SDRs — with strong lead conversion across multiple channels
- Strong communicator who can turn complex data into a story anyone can act onWhat WIll Set You ApartYou’re energized by building structure where little exists — not just maintaining what’s already working
- You actively leverage AI tooling, from dashboards to presentations

- You operate independently inside a CRM or BI tool — HubSpot, Metabase, or similar — no analyst required

- You have a healthy obsession with data‑driven results — close rates, pipeline conversion, and lead optimization
- What This Role Is Not
This role isn’t for someone who leans on a traditional solar sales playbook, expects a defined territory and quota structure handed to them, or needs established infrastructure before contributing.
