Okada & Company in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to own the planning and execution of events such as the 20th Anniversary Real Estate Summit & Gala scheduled for November 19, 2026. You will drive strategy, logistics, and flawless delivery from concept to completion.
You will lead a world-class production, coordinating the master plan, budget, vendors, staging, registration, and speaker program, while reporting to the CEO and leadership team.
