In this role you support wholesale apparel accounts for Steve Madden and ATM Collection from our NYC office. You coordinate between account executives and boutique and department store customers, and you oversee D2C order fulfillment, data accuracy, and timely communication. You'll work with CRM tools to manage POs and ensure client satisfaction, handling multiple projects with cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between account executives and wholesale customers across U.S. regions
- Coordinate D2C online order fulfillment for Steve Madden Apparel
- Manage allocation and fulfillment of monthly and urgent POs using CRMs (Infor M3, JOOR, Qlik Sense)
- Maintain accurate customer records, including invoices, order tracking, and confirmations
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines with available support
- Assist with processing new POs and reorders into wholesale system
- Track and share order statuses, delivery dates, and ATS adjustments
- Distribute samples and relay feedback to relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with customer guidelines and communicate with stakeholders
- Generate and send basic documents like invoices and order confirmations to customers
- Assist in maintaining regular customer communications (orders, inquiries, credits)
- Support special projects and duties as assigned
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
