Job Duties:
- Measure, cut, trim, sew, fit, inspect, and package fabric and vinyl graphics
- Operate and maintain sewing and production equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Track jobs and production time
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Continue developing skills and assist with training other team members
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
- Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.
- Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a deadline-driven environment
- Sewing experience and knowledge of sewing techniques
- Basic math and geometry skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to learn new processes and equipment
- Tradeshow/exhibit industry experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
