Travel Labor and Delivery NurseThis Labor and Delivery travel nurse job in Lexington, Kentucky, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Baptist Health - Lexington. This role pays $2,311 per week and follows a Nights shift with a 3x12 schedule. As the Labor and Delivery registered nurse on this assignment, you'll assess maternal and fetal well-being, interpret fetal heart-rate patterns, guide patients through every stage of labor, birth, and recovery, and respond to obstetric emergencies as they arise.

Travel Labor and Delivery Requirements:2+ years of recent Labor and Delivery experience. Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Kentucky and national regulatory bodies. Baptist Health Lexington Lexington, KYBaptist Health Lexington is a tertiary care hospital with medical research programs and ANCC Magnet recognition. Emergency and stroke care includes intravenous thrombolytic treatment and mechanical thrombectomy for selected ischemic strokes, with neurology, neurointerventional and neurosurgical services. Cardiac care includes transcatheter aortic valve replacement, providing a catheter-based treatment option for patients who need an aortic valve intervention. Operative capabilities include robotic-assisted surgery and robotic total knee replacement. Aquablation is also available for patients with benign prostate enlargement. Adult inpatient care includes intensive and critical care units, alongside hospital services for cancer, heart disease, orthopedic conditions and digestive disorders. Maternity care spans antepartum, labor and delivery, and mother-baby units. A Level III neonatal intensive care unit supports premature and medically fragile newborns.
