Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly and politely. Receive parts orders and answer questions for customers and outside sales personnel. Continually review existing sales routes and additions to routes for efficiency in customer service.
Qualifications:- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have valid operator's license
- Dress code as per policy information booklet
- Competent parts knowledge and the ability to research part numbers as needed
- Good computer skills
