Litigation Paralegal

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, a strong academic background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex civil litigation matters and contribute meaningfully to high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities: Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents in both state and federal courts Assist with case preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, subpoenas, and deposition prep Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and attorney schedules Organize and maintain case files and electronic databases (e.g., document review platforms) Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategies Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts E-file documents using state and federal court systems (e.g., PACER, CM/ECF) Provide administrative support as needed to litigation attorneys
