Job Description:
Staff Force is seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team! We have multiple job opportunities available for candidates who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to daily operations.
Candidates must be available to work overtime as needed, including extended shifts based on business requirements.
Available Positions1. Cooler Associate
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $13.75 per hour
Responsibilities:
Handle and organize products in a cooler environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
Meet productivity and quality standards.2. Caser
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Pack and organize products into cases.
Follow production instructions and quality standards.
Maintain an organized workstation.
Meet daily production goals.3. Planner/Buyer
Schedule: Open availability required
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Assist with purchasing and inventory planning.
Monitor inventory levels and product availability.
Coordinate orders and communicate with vendors or internal departments.
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.
Help ensure materials and products are available when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible.
Must be available to work overtime as required.
Must be able to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must meet the physical requirements of the assigned position, where applicable.
Previous warehouse, production, inventory, or purchasing experience is preferred, depending on the position.
Planner/Buyer applicants must have open availability. Previous purchasing, planning, or inventory experience is preferred.
