This is NOT a traditional "wait for leads and hope" agent position. You will work directly inside our systems with leads, buyers, past clients, and active opportunities already flowing through the business.
Compensation
Base Salary: $42,000 annual base salary
Additional Compensation: 5% of Gross Commission Income (GCI) on closed buyer transactions Fuel reimbursement Team-generated opportunities and support Open house opportunities Structured prospecting time Coaching, systems, and mentorship
