Bilingual Enrollment Specialist I (PACE)

AltaMed Health Services seeks an Intake Specialist I to coordinate enrollment for potential PACE participants. You will work with Enrollment Development Specialists to enroll and support retention, and serve as the bridge between Marketing and Operations. You will manage enrollment progress in the CRM, conduct outreach, identify referral sources, and ensure adherence to state, federal, and company requirements while supporting growth of the PACE program.
