Tube Bender

Responsibilities: Set up and operate Horn and/or Unison tube bending machinesBend to precise specifications based on engineering drawings and blueprintsPerform equipment adjustments to ensure accurate bends and tolerancesInspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, templates) Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment before bendingMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issuesMaintain production efficiency and meet daily output targetsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesKeep work area clean and organizedQualificationsPrevious experience operating tube bending equipment (Horn, Unison, or similar) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality controlExperience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environmentBasic mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production settingReliable attendance and punctuality (early start required)
