Head Of Business Operations Doral, FL · Full-Time · In-PersonI'm Diego, Founder and Brand Director of Gaui, and I'm looking for an experienced Head of Business Operations to work closely with me as we continue building and growing the company. While my focus remains on the creative direction, vision, and development of the brand, I'm looking for someone who can complement my strengths by bringing structure, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making to the business. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience, including direct experience within a DTC brand, preferably in fashion or beauty. Experience across both established organizations and smaller, growing companies is especially valuable. We're currently a team of 10, so this is a hands-on role, not a traditional executive position. I'm looking for someone resourceful, independent, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. Someone who can take full ownership of P&L, cash flow, budgets, company calendars, meetings, team accountability, and day-to-day operations without relying on layers of management. Above all, I'm looking for a true operational counterpart. Someone who balances my creative drive with sound business judgment, takes initiative, follows through, and genuinely enjoys the process of building a business. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Miami, working directly with me.
