- Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled Fiber Laser Operator in Oakwood, GA. Apply today if you have experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment, CNC programming, or both!
- In a Fiber Laser Operator job, you’ll be responsible for: Operating fiber laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for production
- Setting up and running laser cutting jobs according to specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
- Making program adjustments to improve efficiency, quality, and material utilization
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment
- Previous experience with CNC programming
- Ability to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs rather than simply operate pre-programmed jobs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and qualifications
