The Napa Institute is seeking a highly organized Summer Intern to join the Events team in Irvine, CA. This role supports conference preparation, guest experience, and on-site operations for our faith-based nonprofit events.
You will assist with scheduling, attendee communications, vendor coordination, and logistics under the Events Manager, gaining hands-on experience in hospitality, event planning, and nonprofit operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
