Fluent in both French and English, the full-time Bilingual Chemistry Support Consultant will provide customer support for veterinary diagnostic analyzers, assist with equipment installations, and troubleshoot technical issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Instruct customers on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers
Coordinate and assist with equipment installations and troubleshoot technical problems
Resolve customer inquiries through various communication methods while maintaining documentationRequired qualificationsFluency in both French and English
Experience in a technically related field, such as veterinary practice or laboratory setting
Prior phone experience in a customer support role is a plus
Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to learn applicable software and hardware
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
