Responsibilities: Apply your experience in senior leadership and specialist searches to the agreed work. Clarify the approved requisition, must-have qualifications, location, and evaluation criteria. Source relevant professionals through appropriate research, professional networks, and permission-based outreach. Screen experience and interest, and submit accurate candidate summaries against an actual assigned search. Coordinate interviews and feedback with the recruiting team and keep candidates informed. Maintain candidate consent, submission ownership, and clean pipeline records. Share search feedback and protect confidential employer and candidate information.

Qualifications: Hands‑on sourcing and recruiting experience in the specialty named in this posting, with examples of completed searches.
