We need a Recruiter who likes the phone, moves fast, and gets satisfaction from putting people to work.
What you’ll do:- Reach out to candidates in our database and on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Screen candidates and match them to open roles
- Onboard new hires from offer through first day: paperwork, compliance, and start-date follow-upKeep our ATS and candidate records accurate and up to date
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the desk running
What we’re looking for:- 1+ year in recruiting, staffing, sales, or another high-volume, people-facing role
- Comfortable making a high number of calls and messages daily
- Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and data entry
- Clear, professional communicator by phone, text, and email
