On behalf of our Energy client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Raleigh, NC office. This role involves leading high-value EPC projects from early planning through execution, commissioning, and phased energization, supporting the global energy transition. Project Manager - Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of grid integration and substation projectsDefine project scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with customer expectationsManage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and overall financial performanceCoordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization activitiesMonitor project performance using earned value management toolsSupport contract negotiations, change management, and risk mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirementsCommunicate clear, timely project status updates to customers and stakeholders Project Manager - MandatorySkills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in project managementExperience leading large-scale EPC projects, preferably in grid, power, or heavy industrial sectorsProven execution experience with Tier-1 EPC contractors or owner-engineersStrong capability in schedule control, cost management, and stakeholder alignmentWork authorization to be employed in the United States Project Manager – Nice-to-HaveSkills: Experience in renewable integration projectsFamiliarity with digital substationsKnowledge of earned value management toolsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills Project Manager – Assignment Length: This is a permanent position.
