- Blo Blow Dry Bar – Chesterfield, MOBlo Blow Dry Bar Chesterfield is growing, and we’re looking for licensed cosmetologists and talented hair stylists who love blowouts, styling, and creating an elevated guest experience.

What You’ll Do:- Provide beautiful, polished blowouts and hair styling services
- Shampoo, blow-dry, curl, smooth, and finish a variety of hair types
- Deliver a friendly, elevated guest experience
- Recommend appropriate retail products and memberships
- Rebook guests before they leave
- Maintain a clean and professional workstation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
- Support your teammates and help create a positive salon culture
- We’re Looking ForCurrent Missouri cosmetology license
- Strong blow-dry and styling skills
- Comfortable working with different hair textures and lengths
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong customer-service skills
- Willingness to learn and receive coaching
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Passion for beauty, styling, and making guests feel amazing
Experience:
Blowout or salon experience is preferred, but we’re also open to talented licensed stylists who are eager to learn and grow.
Schedule:
Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
Additional earning opportunities may include retail sales, memberships, and retention incentives.
