Managing the daily prospective Return to Work (RTW) processes, the full-time Return to Work Coordinator will review injury reports, formulate action plans for injured workers, and collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to ensure effective care delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Reviews injury and medical reports to develop plans for expedited return to work
Determines injury types and work statuses, managing individual cases and coordinating with RN Case Managers as needed
Maintains accurate records and fosters relationships with team members, clients, and healthcare providers
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of experience or education in a medical setting preferred
Understanding of medical terminology, office procedures, and workers' compensation regulations
Proficient in data entry and general office equipment
Effective written and oral communication skills with individuals at various levels
