What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Support HR compliance, policies, and employment-related processes✔️ Assist with benefits and leave administration✔️ Support employee and manager HR inquiries✔️ Manage and maintain HR documentation and HRIS data✔️ Support onboarding, recruiting, and HR operations✔️ Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements✔️ Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and other teams✔️ Help implement technology and AI tools to improve HR processes
What we’re looking for:
🔹 3-5 years of HR experience🔹 Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, benefits, leave, and employee relations🔹 HRIS experience; Dayforce/Absence Soft experience is a plus🔹 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills🔹 Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally🔹 SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus🔹 Professional services or law firm experience is preferred, but not required💼 Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life and disability insurance, FSA, 401(k), and paid time off.
