Our lab supports advanced restorative and implant cases, including full-arch and aesthetic dentistry. We are looking for a motivated Dental Laboratory Technician to join our growing team and work alongside our in-house designer/ceramist. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on lab experience and wants to be part of a modern, digitally focused clinical environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting in fabrication and finishing of crowns, bridges, and implant restorationsStaining and glazing zirconia and ceramic restorationsSupport with 3D printing workflows (models, provisionals, surgical guides) Milling workflow assistance (nesting, loading/unloading, finishing) Fabrication of retainers, nightguards, and removable appliancesQuality control and case preparation prior to deliveryOrganizing lab workflow and maintaining equipment and materialsIdeal CandidatePrevious experience in a dental laboratory (required) Experience with staining/glazing preferredFamiliarity with digital dentistry (3D printing, milling, scanners) is a strong plusDetail-oriented with high aesthetic standardsTeam player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and grow within a digital workflowWhat We OfferModern in-house digital labAdvanced implant and aesthetic casesSupportive, collaborative teamOpportunity for growth and skill developmentCompetitive compensation based on experience This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who wants to work directly with clinicians in a progressive, implant-focused practice.
