Progressive Care RN - Impactful, Collaborative Nursing Role

Mercy in Bella Vista, AR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care in the PCU for adults 18+. You will perform ongoing assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. This role requires ACLS and basic dysrhythmia interpretation, with NIHSS/ASLS and other certifications welcomed and supported within 90 days of hire.
