Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct medication evaluations, checks, and manage prescriptions.
Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, including necessary documentation.
Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case support activities.
Offer crisis intervention consultations to team members.
Contribute to the peer review process for therapists.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Strong psychosocial and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills with professionals and clients/families.
Proven ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Communicate effectively with physicians as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: May provide supervision as directed.
Qualification Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications: Graduation from a four-year state-accredited school of nursing with at least one year of experience in psychiatric nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Schedule:
