West Region Director, Field Reimbursement

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's PECS team seeks an Associate Director, West for the Field Reimbursement Manager group. This field-based role covers the West region, including San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. You will lead up to 10 FRMs, develop regional plans, coach talent, and drive access and fulfillment for patients starting or staying on therapy. Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Medical is essential.
