Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This position is responsible for assisting with the upkeep, repair, and appearance of the property while providing excellent service to residents.
Responsibilities: Complete general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned. Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation. Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and grounds. Participate in the property's on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies when required. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Ability to paint and perform basic repair work. Willingness to be on-call for emergency maintenance needs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.
