We’re looking for flexible candidates to assist in project work under the mentorship of senior engineering staff. In this position, you will build a wide base of experience and exposure to different software and project types with the potential to specialize and progress where your talents take you. A typical project could include:Ø Bracing non-structural components against imparted wind/seismic loading while avoiding clashes with existing systems.Ø Generating details showing anchor requirements for equipment.Ø Detailing custom supports/restraints/frames in accordance with the project engineer's instructions.Ø Translating a client’s model to a pipe-stress analysis model.Ø Generating layouts, calculation packages, and images/drawings necessary to report design & findings to the customer.Ø Modeling systems/components for FEA analysis.
