What You'll Do:
As an RBT, you'll play a hands-on role in helping children ages 2–6 build meaningful life skills through ABA therapy.
Your day-to-day will include:- Providing 1:1 therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions
- Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills (yes, even potty training wins!)Following treatment plans designed by BCBAsPartnering with families to support progress at home
- Tracking data and celebrating every milestone
- Helping maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming clinic environment
What We're Looking For:- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- Reliable attendance and transportationRBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training
- Compassion, patience, and energy for working with young children
- Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training
