As we continue to grow our dedicated Workday Practice, we are looking for an experienced agency recruiter with a proven track record of placing Workday professionals across contract and/or permanent staffing.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit Workday functional, technical, and project professionals across contract and permanent positions Build and maintain a strong network of Workday-certified talent across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Reporting, and other Workday specialties Support hiring needs related to Workday implementations, upgrades, optimizations, transformations, and post-production support Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offers, placement, and onboarding Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, Workday partners, system integrators, and end customers Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Workday ecosystem Partner with clients to understand current and future talent needs and provide effective staffing solutions Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Act as a market expert and trusted advisor within the Workday talent community Consistently work toward individual and team recruitment, placement, and revenue goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Agency staffing or recruitment experience is required
- Proven experience recruiting and placing
- Workday professionals
- Experience with
contract staffing, permanent placement, or both
Understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including functional and technical skill sets and the Workday certification landscape
Demonstrated success managing candidate relationships and delivering against client requirements
Strong sourcing, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A motivated, competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
