Department Description:
Financial Operations & Analysis is a hybrid accounting and finance role where you analyze asset financials, determine cash distributions, review budget variances, conduct property valuations & calculate performance returns. This role is in office 5 days a week.
Qualifications:
- You are a rising Senior at a US based college/university
- Working towards a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related majors
- Strong project and time management skills
- Love collaboration–working together across multiple departments
- Problem solving experience leveraging your analytical and critical thinking skills in school and/or businessA "think outside the box" mindset –with a desire to brainstorm creative solutions in our ever-changing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- This position is based in our Chicago office.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $25/hr and will be further discussed during the interview process. This range represents what Heitman reasonably and in good faith believes we would pay a qualified candidate for this role at the time of posting.
