Active Massachusetts RN license or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in the stateCWOCN or CWON certification required At least 1 year of nursing experience required Experience in wound care, ostomy, or continence care preferred Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team and clinical environment
Responsibilities:- Provide expert wound care assessment, treatment, and follow-up for patients
- Support ostomy and continence care planning as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to promote healing and patient comfort
- Educate patients and families on wound prevention, care techniques, and recovery support
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality patient outcomes
- Assist with developing and following individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs
