The Mattress Sales position is a key role within our in-store retail environment, focusing on providing customers with expert guidance and tailored mattress solutions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role offers a stable, travel-free work setting and an opportunity to advance to a Lead Sales Associate position. Ideal candidates will be personable, knowledgeable, and driven to help customers find the perfect mattress for their needs.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their mattress needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchase decisions
- Maintain product knowledge to stay current on mattress options and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
