We are hiring an Outbound Sales Executive. This is a pure hunting role. There is no inbound lead flow and no book of business to inherit. What You Will Do:
Prospect daily into high value professionals through phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn- Run discovery calls that uncover what is at stake for the prospect personally and professionally- Present our solutions with clarity and confidence, and handle objections without discounting- Close new clients consistently and own your pipeline from first touch to signed agreement- Keep your pipeline accurate and your follow up relentless- Hand closed clients to our Account Management team with a clean, complete handoff- Hit and exceed monthly targets
What We Are Looking For:
2 to 5 years of outbound, quota carrying sales experience with a track record of closing- A history of exceeding targets, and the numbers to prove it- Strong phone presence and comfort speaking with senior executives and licensed professionals- Consultative selling skills in high trust, high ticket environments- Discipline: you do the activity every day whether anyone is watching or not- Excellent written and verbal communication- Experience selling xhmxlyz professional services, SaaS, legal, financial, or marketing services is a plus
Compensation:
