As a Healthcare Staffing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission: supporting our active clients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) while helping expand our reach and impact. What you’ll do:
Act as the primary point of contact for our active clients—strengthening partnerships, uncovering new staffing needs, and helping diversify placement opportunities. Build meaningful relationships with our healthcare professionals by connecting weekly to align their availability with open shifts and contracts. Support a seamless hiring experience—collaborating with hiring managers, placing new hires quickly, and ensuring credentialing stays on track. Keep our internal systems and client/HCP contact records up to date and accurate. Encourage contract extensions, support renewal conversations, and contribute to long-term staffing strategies. Step in to help with on-call scheduling or credentialing follow-ups when needed. Drive recognition programs to celebrate our nursing talent—including birthdays, anniversaries, and team wins. Represent Openwork Health as a brand ambassador, modeling our core values and culture in every interaction.
