Qnity is seeking an experienced R&D Polymer Chemist to design and execute polymer and organic syntheses for advanced semiconductor materials. You will build new molecular platforms, assess structure–property relationships, and contribute to high-purity materials for lithography and packaging. PhD plus 3+ years in polymer chemistry, strong analytics (NMR, GPC, MS, HPLC), and cross‐functional leadership are required. You will collaborate across global teams and help advance scalable formulations.
