What You Will Be Doing: Train and develop staff membersProvide detailed review and analysis of complex tax returnsWork on multiple complex issues while communicating in a non-technical manner to facilitate communication between the client and the service team while managing the risk for both the client and the firmServe as the Tax client service coordinator for appropriate clientsAdvise clients on a full spectrum of corporate tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and general mergers and acquisitions activitiesReviewing research findings and ensure conclusions are consistent with firm policies and professional standardsAssist with new business development, extended service and tax issue recognition for existing clientsManage corporate client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax complianceRemain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax lawOther duties as assignedSome travel may be requiredWhat You Need for this PositionMore Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:- Oil and Gas- Tax Manager- 1099- 1041- 990PF- Public AccountingSo, if you are a Senior Tax Manager with 5 or more years experience, please apply today!
