This is a hands-on litigation role working directly with partners on active employer-side matters — real responsibility, real courtroom-track experience, and compensation that reflects it. Handle single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Manage discovery, including written discovery and depositions Respond to administrative agency charges (EEOC, DFEH/CRD, DLSE) Develop case strategy alongside partners and senior attorneys Communicate directly with clients on active matters Mid-level labor & employment litigation experience in a law firm setting Prior experience with employer-side (defense) employment matters Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage cases independently and move matters forward California bar admission, active and in good standing Full benefits package This is a rare combination: substantive employment litigation at a national platform, with associate compensation at the very top of the California market.
