Ensure Operational Excellence: Review key fund documents, oversee transaction processes, and ensure accuracy in financial statements, fees, and distributions. Champion the Audit Process: Lead the year-end audit process, collaborating with clients and auditors to ensure smooth, accurate results. What You’ll Bring Experience & Expertise: Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related field) and10+ yearsin accounting, with a focus on alternative investments. Private equity experience is a plus. Leadership Skills:5+ yearsmanaging teams, with a hands-on approach to development, feedback, and decision-making. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Communication & Tech Savvy: Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
