Key Responsibilities of the Cardiac Device Technician Manage implanted cardiac rhythm management devices such as pacemakers and implantable defibrillators independently Monitor and follow up with cardiac patients using implanted monitors Utilize EPIC experience to maintain patient records and progress Requirements of the Cardiac Device Technician Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Completion of a pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent experienceEPIC experience within the last 2 years Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology Burlington: Where the Job Meets Lifestyle Burlington offers a unique blend of urban and outdoor living, with easy access to scenic landscapes, vibrant cultural events, and a strong sense of community.
