CXM Manager, Field Service Manager, Comptroller, HR Manager, Business Development Manager, Outside SalesThe Opportunity Partner Opportunity This isn't a job we're filling. It's a seat we're building. Advantage Pro Services is on a deliberate path from $3M to $6M+, and the person who gets us there won't do it as a hired manager waiting on approvals. They'll run this company — full P&L, 30+ people, five direct reports, and the authority that goes with it. For the right leader, that includes equity participation — a real stake in what you build. We pay well: $105K–$140K base, $125K–$170K+ total. But if the base is the first thing you ask about, this probably isn't your seat. We're looking for someone who wants to build an excellent business, take care of the people who build it with them, and own a piece of what it becomes. If you've been running someone else's branch by someone else's playbook and know you could build something better, let's talk. Equity participation is subject to a definitive written agreement and is discussed with finalist candidates.
