Responsibilities:
Assist with foundation waterproofing installations, repairs, and related tasks on residential and/or commercial job sitesExcavate and prepare areas around foundations for waterproofing applicationsApply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and drainage systems under supervisor directionOperate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficientlyTransport, load, and unload materials and equipment as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with safety standardsFollow instructions from crew leads and project supervisors to meet project timelines Requirements: Prior construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred but not requiredAbility to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and a strong team playerAbility to follow safety protocols and on-site instructionsValid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites in the Burnsville, MN area is a plus About Us: TPJ SERVICES LLC is a trusted provider of foundation and waterproofing services serving the Burnsville, MN area and surrounding communities.
