APPLY NOWEvaluating commercial appraisal reports and providing valuation guidance, the full-time State Certified General Appraiser will perform appraisal reviews and related valuation activities remotely to support the bank's commercial real estate valuation function.
Key responsibilities:
Independently conduct commercial appraisal reviews for regulatory compliance and technical adequacy
Assess the reliability of appraisal products and document review conclusions and recommendations
Collaborate with appraisers to resolve valuation issues and support lending decisions through technical consultationRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
5 or more years of experience as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
1 or more years of experience in real estate collateral valuation and risk management
State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser Certification
Working knowledge of commercial real estate appraisal principles and regulatory requirements
