JBAndrews are partnered with a fast-growing global passive fire protection and high-performance insulation manufacturer who are scaling their North American operation. This hire is part of that growth. The role is a technical specification sell for data centers. You'll be working upstream with engineers, architects, and consultants to get systems specified and defending those specs through to project close.
Responsibilities:- Driving specification activity across data center construction
- Building and owning relationships with architects, engineers, GCs, and contractors
- Delivering technical presentations and supporting project teams from design stage through execution 40%-60% travel
Qualifications:- Background in passive fire protection, firestopping, structural fireproofing, or closely adjacent building materials
- Proven specification-led sales experience
- Comfortable working upstream with design professionals, not just contractors
- Data center exposure is a necessity
