Sr. Director of Operations

Job Summary: The Sr. Director of Operations will inherit a solid foundation and mandate: Scale our packaging and kitting operation from $5M to $10M in annual revenue — doubling the size of the business while maintaining quality and delivery excellence. Deepen our use of a recently implemented ERP system that has already transformed how we operate. We have invested; now we need to fully realize that investment. Reimagine what meaningful work looks like on the production floor. By the end of 2028, Opportunity Partners will transition away from sub-minimum wage employment — and this leader will help design what comes next for the people we support. Lead and develop our operations team — managers and frontline supervisors who are ready to grow with the right mentor. If you have built operations before and want to spend this phase of your career doing work that changes lives — not just moving product — we want to talk to you.
