This individual will learn the internal change control process and site validation rules and procedures to be able to assist with changes to current line and product designs and processes. They will work on multiple cost saving projects including the designs work, validations, reporting, and timelines. They will work on projects for syringes ranging from 1 ml to 10 ml. Prior Validation experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
