Customer Service Specialist

Pay: $20. 00 hour plus BenefitsSchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM- Great Early Shift!! No weekends!1+ years of customer service, logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or shipping/receiving experienceStrong data entry and documentation skillsExperience handling customer calls, emails, and driver interactionsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in a warehouse-support office environmentExperience with trucking, intermodal, import/export, or inventory management a plusHigh School Diploma or GED requiredKey ResponsibilitiesCreate and process shipping and receiving documentationMaintain inventory records and appointment logsCoordinate inbound and outbound shipmentsTrack and trace domestic and international shipmentsAnswer customer, vendor, and driver inquiriesVerify pickups and deliveries and update system recordsSet up container bookings and process empty container transactionsCoordinate with warehouse staff and account managersReport incidents, claims, accidents, and service failuresEnsure accurate paperwork before product releasesSupport operations through administrative and clerical duties
